I'm sorry, trivet. I defined it because I forgot to when I listed it, and it deserved a definition. I think it refers to the very last stages of the fever.

Not to be confused with the holly species Ilex vomitoria, the source of a brewed infusion used by native Americans in its range, for purification and unity rituals, called by exploring Europeans the black drink. Vomiting, referring to to the species epithet vomitoria), may have been observed in drinkers who reacted to the high caffeine content of the drink, or to the actual volume of the drink taken.
